What this site collects

This site uses Altino, cookieless self-hosted analytics, to count visits and see which pages get read. It never tracks you across sites, and there are no third-party trackers.

The detail

• No cookies, no local storage, no fingerprinting. Nothing is written to your device, so there is no banner to dismiss.
• What is measured: the page you visited, the referring site (its domain only), your browser and device type, and an approximate location (country and city).
• Your IP address is not stored. It is used for a moment to derive that rough location and a daily, one-way visit count, then discarded. Only aggregate totals are kept, never anything that identifies you.
• Do Not Track is honoured. Send the signal and this site records nothing.
• The basis is legitimate interest: understanding how the site itself is used. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.
